Background: He works in pest control & has a classic car that he wants to be able to comfortably shelter and tinker on. Regarding our main “intake questions,” there is no HOA there & he already called the city about permits and they said (“$400-$1200”), but has not filed a permit application yet. He probably will not start the conversion until 5-6 weeks from now when his tax refund should be arriving, then will pay cash.
