JR and Russell discuss why ancient villages map out the constellation Orion

RB wrote: “What kind of a monster would kill innocent people with natural disasters for the actions of one man…?”

Hmm… Are you unfamiliar with Judaism, Russell?

Russell Brinegar No, I’m not unfamiliar, the OT God is a shitty God, dreamed up by people from the Bronze Age, a re-hashed version of the Sumerian Enlil. It’s all a primitive delusion, from an age we were frightened by the weather, thought lighting was arrows shot at us by an angry deity who wanted us to sacrifice children into the fire for propitiation

J R Fibonacci Hunn If it is a delusion, why do so many primitive tribes all over the planet have similar stories? Are the massive cave complexes and ancient architectural wonders also “delusion?”

J R Fibonacci Hunn
J R Fibonacci Hunn The Hindus and the Greeks and many other cultures document very specific reports. If you feel superior to every human ever by calling their God “shitty,” I might consider that rather hilarious.

J R Fibonacci Hunn
J R Fibonacci Hunn By the way, are you saying you are not frightened by weather? How many hurricanes, tornadoes, volcanic eruptions, and earthquakes have you experienced?

Russell Brinegar If you’re referring to the flood myths, read Graham Hancock’s new book, “Magicians of the Gods.” Evidence is mounting that 12,800 years ago, a comet fragmented above Canada, and instantly scorched the Earth and caused massive flooding, giving rise to all the flood myths around the world. This gave rise to the Younger Dryas cold period, 12,800 years – 11,600 years ago, during which time Derinkuyu and 200 other underground cities were built around the world to escape the soot in the atmosphere and the bitter cold. The OT reports a lot of stuff, the essence of which contains kernels of truth. There was no flood 4000 years ago that killed everyone on the planet save one Semitic family. There’s no way that single family could’ve repopulated the earth with all the various ethnicities that now exist. That would require SUPER EVOLUTION, it’s clearly impossible, even though the essence of the tale contains a racial memory of the Younger Dryas Impact event of 12,800 years ago

Russell Brinegar
Russell Brinegar Just because someone is scared of weather events, doesn’t mean the creator of the universe is in the business of using mass murder to express his anger on humanity, such is a primitive belief left over from the childhood of the human race

J R Fibonacci Hunn I do not reject the fragmenting comet story (or claims that there was an ET that intentionally directed a comet to the earth).

J R Fibonacci Hunn “Childhood of the human race?” Maybe you think we are very advanced now and the cultures that made underground cities were primitive. I will let you consider that on your own.

Russell Brinegar
Russell Brinegar It’s just an astronomical body that naturally comes around now and then. Fragments of the comet hit again at 11,600 years ago causing the earth to warm back up again. The fragments are due to return again at some point – NASA made a policy long ago to downplay the danger of impact events because public fear would demand they throw money at the problem, and NASA had other plans. We are in the middle of a shooting gallery. Another imminent danger is, since 1956, Antarctica is collecting 5 trillion tons of ice per year due to global warming (while republicans point to the ice and say global warming isn’t happening), the centrifugal force will eventually throw the earth off of its current axis. Sometime between 1960-2040, as according to the ancient calendars, many of which were aware of the 25,920 year cycle known as the Procession of the Equinox

J R Fibonacci Hunn One of the most silly ideas in archeology is the presumption that the speed of the rotation of the earth (which makes days and nights) has never changed. How does 4,000 years of solar revolution equal 12,800 years of projected half-life decay (or however old carbon dating is done)?

all years are not the same. How did people live 900 years in the Old Testament reports? Well, one possibility is that when a comet collides with a planet, that can alter the axis and spin of the planet.

J R Fibonacci Hunn
J R Fibonacci Hunn You seem very confident and authoritative in your comment about what happened with a particular comet. You must be very old to have so much certainty about those events that you witnessed thousands of years ago.

Russell Brinegar
Russell Brinegar The evidence for the Younger Dryas Impact Event has only become formidable enough to be confident about since 2007. I was 52 at the time. Had I been set in my ways, I wouldn’t have been open to the new information.

J R Fibonacci Hunn I was confident that “something big probably happened” simply because of a variety of reports that lots of primitive tribes had certain legends. Maybe there is a conspiracy to falsely publicize the idea that there is a lot of ancient literature and folklore on floods and ET contact. I favor the idea of lots of contact and lots of reports.

I have witnessed civil engineers analyzing the pyramids and saying “these features [which they specify] were not accidents made by primitives.” I have witnessed specialists in cutting rock analyzing the construction in Egypt and other parts of the world and saying “this was not made with primitive technology.”

J R Fibonacci Hunn Yahweh is a name for the “lord of hosts” or the “lord of the heavenly armies of angels.” It is not a name for “the being that has goodwill for every individual human.”

J R Fibonacci Hunn Really? Do you believe that when translate ancient words in to English as sky chariots and winged horses and flying carpets, those translations are “pretty close?”

J R Fibonacci Hunn
J R Fibonacci Hunn The ancient Hindu literature is very specific about the different special weapons of the various gods (like the trident / pitchfork or the flying hammer). Why do we have so many gods across so many distant cultures that all report a powerful entity that uses a spear with multiple heads/tips/points to create miraculous destruction?

J R Fibonacci Hunn I know some engineers who claim to be able to communicate who people who live in heaven using these devices:

J R Fibonacci Hunn
J R Fibonacci Hunn One even told me that he could use this device to communicate with something that he called an “orbiting station” that would rain missiles down on a specific part of the earth:

J R Fibonacci Hunn
J R Fibonacci Hunn He said “there are no people on the orbiting station, but I stored a lot of weapons there and the weapons magically rain down on the earth when I command them to do so. I choose where they will go.”

J R Fibonacci Hunn
J R Fibonacci Hunn Of course, I dismissed his claims because I do not understand how that could be possible. Even when he said he would demonstrate by drawing some words in the sky with clouds, that only proved to me that this was not a god, but a delusional idiot.

Russell Brinegar Those comments are a lot to absorb. I’ll look a bit later at them. I’m aware of the evidence for nuclear explosions in the past, Vimanas, etc. There may be good and bad aliens out there, but I don’t look at them as “gods”

J R Fibonacci Hunn
J R Fibonacci Hunn Yahweh, according to the old testament, came down to the earth and brought about 200 angels and they all resided at a specific mountain, then would occasionally intervene in human activities. There are explicit references to heavenly creatures breedingSee More

J R Fibonacci Hunn
J R Fibonacci Hunn The Hopis / Anasazis say that the reason that they set up their villages in the arrangement of the stars of Orion is that they were led by the sky god (physically led like the sky god’s vehicle hovered ahead of them to show them the place to walk). They set up the villages wherever the sky god told them to stop and build a village.

Russell Brinegar Uri Geller stated that Yahweh was an ET who arrived on Earth 20,000 years ago and attached himself to early Semitic populations. Many passages in the OT suggest that YWHW (if he is real at all) is a humanoid ET. He walked in the Tabernacle with a veil on his face and killed people with some sort of Ray for no good reason at all. Scary dude

J R Fibonacci Hunn
J R Fibonacci Hunn “for no good reason” could be what someone says when they do not understand the reasoning. Why do males have nipples? “For no good reason,” right?

J R Fibonacci Hunn Some people might complain that “the villages do not PERFECTLY match the constellation Orion.” That is correct- at least in regard to the current visible shape of Orion. However, those villages were not set up last week. What if the villages not only resemble the current alignment of Orion, but provide us with a very exact indicator of when they originated (because over hundreds of years, the exact shapes of constellations do not remain constant)?

Russell Brinegar
Russell Brinegar Hancock talks of a computer program of archaeo astronomy Calle Solarium I believe that shows the sky for ancient dates you want to look at. He also speaks of Oannes and the Apkalu sages, survivors of advanced culture that got wiped out at the YDI 12,800 years ago and travelled the world trying to restore civilizations
