lyrics: “All of each other”

He slammed the door. She hid her face.  He punched the wall. She held her breath.

He said “How could she? What was she thinking?”     She said “Why can’t he understand me?”
He said “She should be what I was expecting!”            She said “He should not be so demanding.”
and then he said, “I’m sorry,    I didn’t mean to scare you.         I was ashamed of being afraid.
I’m worried     I may disappoint you                    I’ve been frustrated trying to cage you.”
She said “What?!?!”                   “I’ve been frustrated trying to cage you… and I’m sorry.”

If he gives love to right where he feels her trust him
and she gives trust to right where she feels him love her
then love and trust are what they feel between them
and all they feel between them is all of each other

He said “She could be what I was expecting… or not”      She said “We should not be so demanding.”
