		<description><![CDATA[The idea that you should be some particular way, like only a particular kind of someone, is a great curse leading to agonizing and suffering, but it is also a very silly mistake once recognized clearly. Of course you are exactly however you are. Of course society influences us to be less of certain ways and more of certain ways- to be &quot;someone&quot; good, as in someone conforming to social standards. Be no one. In other words, be no one else than who and what you are already are. Let the activity of striving to become someone else go. Let it come back, too. It is just the coming and going of striving. Do not strive to end striving. That is agonizing. Recognize agonizing and do something else- or just relax and do nothing in particular. Do not agonize over how to stop agonizing. Do not read a book about how to stop reading books. Do not sit in a chair to figure out how to stop sitting in a chair. Be no one. Be any one. Be some one. Be every one. Stop being. Start being.
